CORNBREAD STUFFING 
4 c. dried bread crumbs
4 c. cornbread crumbs
1/2 c. onions
2 eggs
1 c. celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. sage (more, if desired)
1/2 c. butter, diced

Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/4 cup stock or chicken broth until mixture is damp, but not soggy. Bake in flat pan until slightly brown, at 350 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
