SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chunk pineapple, drain & reserve juice
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
4 to 6 pieces chicken

Sauce: Combine liquids in saucepan. Add ketchup and sugar stirring to blend. Add cornstarch and stir constantly until it comes to a boil and thickens slightly. Turn off heat and add pineapple and green pepper.

Place chicken in 13 x 9 pan and pour sauce over and bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes. Serve with rice.

Chicken wings can also be used.
