RAISIN CREAM PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. half & half or milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten

Stew raisins until tender, then drain. Cook half & half or milk, sugar, flour and 2 beaten egg yolks. Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie crust, top with meringue.

MERINGUE:

Egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake until meringue is brown.
