CORN PUDDING 
2 cans creamed corn
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Melt butter and combine with beaten eggs. Add sugar, milk, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole. Place casserole in pan of hot water, in a 325 degree oven. Bake one to 1 1/2 hours, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
