CHOCOLATE TRIFLE 
1 layer chocolate cake or small pan of brownies
1/4 c. rum
1 can cherry pie filling
2 boxes of chocolate mousse
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar

Line the bottom of a pretty glass bowl with the cake. Sprinkle the rum over the cake. Spoon the cherries over the cake and then top with the mousse. Refrigerate until serving and then frost with the whipping cream mixed with the confectioners sugar when whipped. I garnish with chocolate shavings.
