SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed with water squeezed out
3 eggs
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Pepperidge Farm prepared stuffing mix

Mix together in 2 quart casserole, saving some stuffing to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
