MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 c. bread crumbs or quick oats
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg

Thoroughly mix beef, 1/2 cup soup, bread, onion, eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Shape firmly into loaf; place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Blend remaining soup, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons drippings and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; heat. Serve over loaf. 4-6 servings.
