BEEF 'N BEAN BARBECUE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. celery, diced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 (#2) cans of B & M Beans

Cook ground beef and vegetables until vegetables are soft. Add tomato sauce, water, garlic, vinegar, mustard, thyme, brown sugar, and seasoning. Blend well and simmer 5 minutes. Pour beans in 1/2 quart casserole and pour meat mixture over beans. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 5 or 6.
