BEEF AND BEAN BARBECUE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper
1 (#2) can (2 1/2 c.) B & M Beans

Cook beef and vegetables in hot fat until vegetables are soft. Add tomato sauce, water, garlic, vinegar, mustard, thyme, brown sugar and seasoning. Blend well and simmer 5 minutes. Pour beans into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes.
