BARBECUE FOR 100 PEOPLE 
20 lbs. hamburger (about)
1 lg. can catsup (gallon)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 qt. onions
2 qt. celery

Cook onions and celery together in a little water until tender. Brown the meat first, then add all other ingredients and simmer.
