MOM'S MEATLOAF 
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. meatloaf mixture

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first 7 ingredients and shape into a loaf. Mix last 4 ingredients for sauce and pour over meat loaf. Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of roaster. Can add potatoes and carrots, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
