BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. round steak
6 tbsp. flour
Salt (dash)
Pepper (dash)
Paprika (dash)
1 onion, chopped or sliced
2 c. water
2 squares bouillon
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. mushrooms (opt.)
1/2 pt. sour cream

Cut round steak in 1 1/2" long or bite size pieces. Cut off fat and grizzles. Put 6 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper and paprika together and coat meat with this mixture. Brown in fat. Add sliced onion and cook until onions are clear. Add water, bouillon, dry mustard and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 1 hour. (If not a gravy when cooked, make one by adding more water and bouillon, using flour or other thickening agent.) When ready to serve, add 1/2 pint sour cream and heat (not boil). Serve with rice or noodles.
