LINGUINE WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES | |
4 pressed garlic cloves 1/2 c. chopped Italian parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh) 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (Italian) 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese 3 eggs A pinch dried chili powder 1/2 c. dried tomatoes, marinated in olive oil & cut into thin strips 3/4 lbs. linguine 3 qts. water Cook linguine al dente (5 to 7 minutes). Mix all items thoroughly with a wire whisk in a large bowl. Drain pasta, put in bowl and toss thoroughly. Serve hot! |
