2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. angel flake coconut

Mix all ingredients except coconut in blender for 3minutes. pour in greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with nutmeg and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
