HAM-CHEESE-POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. boiled diced potatoes
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked diced ham
1 1/2 c. American cheese, cut in sm. pieces

Mix potatoes and ham in greased 6x10 inch baking dish. Combine other ingredients in saucepan and stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Pour over ham and potatoes mixture, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Homogenized milk may be used.
