HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 1/2 cans crushed pineapple
4 chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sherry (Vermouth)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 game hens or 1 lg. chicken, cut up

Combine above ingredients except almond and chicken. Store, until needed, in a covered container and turn to mix well from time to time.

In a bag, put enough flour, salt, pepper and paprika to coat chicken. Toss and coat chicken. Bake chicken for 1 hour in 375 degree oven. Place topping over chicken; sprinkle almonds over all. Return to oven and bake 45 more minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
