TUNA SPOONLETS | |
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna or salmon, drained & shredded 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. flour Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by small spoonfuls into 1" hot oil. Fry about 3 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Drain. 6 servings. |
