COUNTRY STYLE BEEF CUBED STEAK 
4 beef cubed steaks
2 onions, sliced
Montreal steak seasoning
flour
vegetable oil
Swanson clear beef broth

Sauté onions in a little bit of vegetable oil in skillet. Sprinkle a little bit of Montreal steak seasoning on cubed steaks. Roll steak in flour. Put steaks in the pan with the onions and oil. Brown well on both sides. Then start pouring beef broth in pan with steak, stirring constantly, until you get the gravy the way you want it. Cover pan. Lower heat and cook slowly (1 hour) so the meat will be tender.

This is simple and something I want to try. I will however, do one change. At point were both sides of steak are browned, Think I will transfer them to a slow cooker - add broth and continue to cook on low - until meat is tender and gravy is complete. This also would insure tenderness & I think great gravy.
