1 (9 oz.) pkg. mincemeat
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
3 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 (16 oz.) chopped fruit

Blend mayonnaise and buttermilk in large bowl. Sift flour, soda and salt over mayonnaise mixture. Add fruit. Line pans with paper and bake at 300 degrees for 1 3/4 hours.
