TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 jar (12 oz.) turkey gravy
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dry sherry, optional
Dash nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Combine gravy and next 7 ingredients. Add spaghetti and mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish, sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
