RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. cut rhubarb
Pie crust, double crust

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs, beat well until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9 inch pie crust. Top with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
