RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 double pie crust
Pinch of salt
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. cut rhubarb

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt. Add to well beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add rhubarb and stir until coated. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.

Top with pie crust cut into strips and criss-crossed across the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
