FRUIT PIZZA 
Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookie
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Fruit (can be sliced bananas, kiwi, strawberries, etc.)

Crust:

Bake refrigerator sugar cookie dough at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let crust cool.

Spread on cool crust 1/2 cup of sugar mixed with 8 ounces of cream cheese.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. water
1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Mix ingredients while cool and then bring to a slow boil until thick. Let glaze cool slightly and pour over fruit arranged on the cookie.
