ZION UCC BREAD 
3 pkgs. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
4 tsp. salt
10 c. unbleached flour
1 c. raw bran
1/4 c. honey
2 c. whole wheat flour
30 oz. warm water

Soften yeast in 3/4 cup warm water, add 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Let stand until it bubbles. Put in large bowl; oil, salt, flour, bran, honey, whole wheat flour and water. Then add yeast mixture on top. Mix together and knead until elastic, about 10 minutes. Put in greased bowl and raise until doubled; punch down, let stand 10 minutes. Grease 4 bread pans. Cut dough into 4 equal sections. Press down on table to get bubbles out, about (3/4 inch thick). Roll up as for bread and slit top diagonally 3 times and bake at 350 degrees. Makes 4 breads.
