PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. cooked rice 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 can tomato soup 1/2 can water Combine ground beef, rice, onion, allspice, salt and pepper. Blend lightly. Shape into small balls. In a skillet, combine tomato soup and water; bring to a boil. Add meatballs and cover. Cook slowly for 1 hour. |
