SWEDISH BUTTER COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar, add flour slowly. Roll dough in small round balls, flatten on a buttered cookie sheet with a fork dipped in flour. Wipe top of cookie with egg white, sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake until golden brown in 375 degree oven.
