BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 8 oz. can mushroom soup
1/4 c. parsley
1 c. sour cream
rice or noodles
Optional: Add sliced fresh mushrooms

Sauté onions and garlic. Add beef. Cook until red disappears. Add salt, pepper, and mushroom soup. Stir and cook 20 minutes. Add sour cream and parsley. Serve on rice or noodles. 15 minutes prep. time. 30 minutes cook time.

Serves 4-6.
