BACON HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
8 oz. bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. extra lean hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pint low fat sour cream

Cook noodles and set aside. Brown bacon till crisp, set aside. Sauté onion in bacon drippings till tender, add hamburger meat. Cook till no longer pink. Mix soup, sour cream, bacon, onion & meat. Toss with noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Bake at 350°F till bubbly.
