CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill. 6 cups.
