FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, tenderized
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
2 lg. tomatoes, seeded & cut in thin strips
1 tbsp. minced cilantro or parsley
2 tbsp. minced green onion
Guacamole
1 doz. flour tortillas

Combine soy sauce, chili powder and mashed garlic with meat and marinate 1 hour. Slice beef into thin long strips against the grain. Stir fry in 1 tablespoon oil until browned. Add chiles, tomato strips, cilantro (or parsley) and green onions. Stir fry briefly to heat. Divide meat among flour tortillas. Top each with a tablespoon of guacamole.
