1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1 c. chilled sweetened whipped cream
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

1. Mix thoroughly graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press half the crumb mixture evenly in bottom of 8x8x2 pan.

2. In small mixer bowl, beat 1/2 cup softened butter, confectioners' sugar and egg until mixture is light and fluffy. Spread over crumbs in pan.

3. In chilled bowl, beat whip cream until stiff. Fold in crushed pineapple. Spread over butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill at least 12 hours. Serve with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. 8 servings.
