COLE SLAW SOUFFLE 
1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
2-4 tsp. finely chopped green pepper

Mix together gelatin, hot water, cold water, mayonnaise, and salt. Chill until partially set, then beat until fluffy. Stir in cabbage, celery, and green pepper. Pour into 9 inch square pan or mold and chill until set.
