FRANKS AND CHEESE IN BUNS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
6 frankfurters

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix baking mix, water and mustard until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface well floured with baking mix. Gently roll in baking mix to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll dough into rectangle, 12x6 inches. Cut into 6 rectangles, 4x3 inches.

Place rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle cheese over rectangles. Place 1 frankfurter lengthwise on half of 3 inch side of each rectangle; fold other half rectangle over frankfurter (do not seal edges).

Bake until buns are light golden brown and frankfurters are hot, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with mustard, catsup and pickle relish if desired. 6 servings.
