COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. skim milk 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute equivalent 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. biscuit mix 3 tsp. butter 1 c. flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. salt Place ingredients in a blender in the order given. Blend 15 seconds. Pour into buttered pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. |
