BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
20 oz. pkg. cauliflower
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain and place in casserole dish. Put on cubed Velveeta. Place crushed crackers in top. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
