LAMB A - LA - NETT | |
Leg of lamb or lamb shoulder 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing prepared according to directions on package or bottle Italian salad dressing Remove as much fat as possible from lamb and cut into about 1 1/2 inch cubes. Marinate several hours or overnight in Italian dressing in a covered container in your refrigerator. Stir or shake container several times to coat lamb pieces. Skewer chunks of meat alternately with small onions and pepper pieces for shish k-bobs and grill until done turning often. Or place meat on oven broiler pan in single layer and broil until done. Stirring once or twice. |
