APRICOT CAKE 
1 box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar
2/3 c. Wesson oil or Crisco oil
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift cake mix, add sugar, oil and nectar. Add egg yolk, one at a time, add flavoring. Beat egg white and fold into batter. Bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. nectar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and pour over cake when cake is cool.
