BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Flour
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced thin
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can beef consomme
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. sour cream
Cooked rice or noodles
2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)

Cut meat into 2" strips. Dredge in flour and brown in oil. Push meat to one side of pan, add onions and cook until soft. Add mushrooms, consomme, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard. Cover pan and cook over low heat 45 to 60 minutes. Blend in sour cream (plus 2 tablespoons dry white wine, optional). Heat; do not boil. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
