HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 1/2 c. "lite" mayonnaise
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain and mash artichoke hearts. Add mayonnaise and cheese; mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until brown. You can also microwave this recipe on high, stirring frequently until melted. Serve with Triscuits.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
