HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
2 cans artichoke hearts 1 1/2 c. "lite" mayonnaise 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Drain and mash artichoke hearts. Add mayonnaise and cheese; mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until brown. You can also microwave this recipe on high, stirring frequently until melted. Serve with Triscuits. |
