CHIP & CHEESE IN BREAD 
2 lb. pumpernickel bread (round in size)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped shallots
1 (3 oz.) can chopped chili peppers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can crab meat, may use more as desired

Cut off top of pumpernickel and hollow out to 1/2 inch thickness. Reserve the top. Mix cheeses together - Cheddar, cream and sour. Add rest of ingredients (except crab). Put in bread. Place top back on bread and wrap with heavy foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After baking, remove from foil and stir in crab meat. Serve with cocktail bread, vegetables or shrimp.
