CHILI MARINADE | |
1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. wine or tarragon vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. ketchup 1/4 pt. water Few drops Tabasco sauce Combine all the ingredients together with a fork or wire whisk to thoroughly blend. Pour over the food and pierce meat with fork, turning from time to time until required. Refrigerate. This is a wonderful marinade for barbequed steaks, spareribs, chops or roasts. |
