CHILL FLOWER SALAD 
1 med. oranges
1 tsp. orange flower water
Dash ground cinnamon
Spinach or water cress leaves

Cut outer orange layer of peel from 1/4 of the orange; cut peel into thin strips. Wrap strips in clear plastic wrap and chill. Remove remaining peel from orange, including all white pith. Slice orange into very thin slices. Arrange slices in a single layer in a shallow dish. Sprinkle with orange flower water and cinnamon. Chill well. To serve, arrange orange slices on spinach or water cress leaves.
