LORNA DOONE DESSERT 
1 pkg. Loma Doone shortbread cookies
1 stick melted butter
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding or chocolate
1 c. milk
1/2 gallon softened ice cream
4 Heath candy bars
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Crush package cookies. Melt butter. Pat crust in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Mix pudding and milk. Add 1/2 gallon softened ice cream or 8 cups. Cool crust for 15 minutes in freezer, then spread ice cream mixture onto crust. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with crushed Heath bars. Freeze. (Set out for 10 minutes before cutting to make cutting easier.
