BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. braunschweiger (liverwurst), room temperature
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped dill pickle
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped

Combine half the cream with the remaining ingredients, except the peanuts; mix well. Spread into a lightly greased mold, unmold. Chill for several hours. Unmold. Frost with remaining cream cheese. Garnish with chopped peanuts.

Snack with assorted crackers or slices of party loaf bread.
