CHILI CON CARNE 
3 tbsp. hot fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. minced onions
2 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans (#2 can)
1 1/3 c. condensed tomato soup (1 can)
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef and onions in hot fat. Add kidney beans and soup and cook 10 minutes. Make chili powder, flour, and salt into a paste. Blend in. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 45 minutes. Serve hot.
