MEXICAN CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger, onion, and peppers. Mix remaining ingredients and hamburger mixture. Place in casserole dish (or 9 x 13 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
