CHILI DIP 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Chili powder to taste
1 sm. onion
Tortilla chips
1 can tomatoes, drained
Texas Pete to taste
2 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Brown meat and onions in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, drain and return to pan. Add tomatoes, chili powder, and Texas Pete. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Add cream cheese and blend well. Use as a dip for tortilla chips.
