LOIS' BORSCHT SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 3/4 c. boiling water 1 c. sour cream 1 sm. can whole pickled beets, grated 1 tsp. grated onion Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Beat smooth. Pour into mold; chill. Unmold on red onion slices and lettuce. Top with a small amount of mayonnaise. EXCELLENT with roast beef. |
