1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 1/2 c. flour

Put yeast in warm water to dissolve. Heat milk, add butter and sugar. When milk is just warm add to yeast and water. Mix in flour. Let rise until doubled, punch down and roll out. Spread on melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up and slice into equal pieces. Place in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
