BASIC SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted shortening
2 beaten eggs
6 1/2 c. all purpose flour

Mix ingredients in order given. Let rise until double in bulk. Then put into pans. This dough may be used for caramel rolls, coffee cake or just buns.
